Authentication not configured

Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY to enable sign-in against the Console Supabase project.

For local UI review without credentials, set PULSE_DEV_AUTH=1 (optionally PULSE_DEV_ROLE=superadmin) and reload. Dev-preview is clearly labeled and is never a production path.
